postpartum doula care
As a postpartum doula, I offer families help with the transition period of parenthood. Think of me as your birthy BFF! During the 4th trimester, most moms need a listening ear and a personal cheerleader. I spend 3+ hours with you and when I leave, you will be more rested, nourished, and cared for.
Daytime services can include newborn care, meal planning & prep, light cleaning (dishes, baby laundry, kitchen counters, etc.), emotional support, quick errands, help with small children, etc.
I offer daytime hours only and schedule in 3+ hour blocks. My fee is $40 per hour. A travel fee of $25 is added, if you are further than a 45 min drive from my home in Aledo, TX.
Message me to schedule a free consultation. I’ll provide you with more information and you can see if I might be a good fit for your family.
