Hi! I’m a certified childbirth educator, birth doula, and postpartum doula with Birth Boot Camp. For over 13 years, I’ve helped families feel informed, empowered, and supported through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

As a mom of four grown children and “Mimi” to a sweet grandson, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to the work I do. My passion is helping new parents feel confident and cared for as they enter this transformative season of life.

In addition to supporting families, I also train the next generation of childbirth educators through Birth Boot Camp. I believe every family deserves access to great education and compassionate support—and I love helping others become leaders in this work, too.
